The kick-off call is a quick 30-minute chat with Alicia to uncover where you are in your life and where you aspire to be. This is not a coaching session but a chance to connect and decide if working with a coach would be a good fit. During the call, we will discuss programs/services available and decide which one is best for you.
1:1 self care & Mindset coaching
Self-Care & Mindset Sessions are for women who would like 1:1 support while on their self-care, self-love, & healing journey. During these sessions, Alicia offers a listening ear while sharing tips and strategies you can use to make your journey feel less overwhelming. Together you and Alicia will identify next steps you can take to develop a self care plan and add more peace into your everyday lifestyle.
