Empower Her Story is a community organization centered around self-care, sisterhood, and storytelling. Our mission is to empower women to tell their stories unapologetically. We also strive to help women practice self-care and love themselves so that they can live the peaceful life they deserve and desire. We host workshops, events and programs to connect women all around the world.

Our blog is dedicated to elevating women in all areas of their lives with topics discussing entrepreneurship, family, finances, motherhood, personal development, relationships, self care + wellness and much more. Alicia Jennings — Someone once told me, “Tell your story. It will heal you and help others.” But I was too afraid.

For years I let fear silence me. I wanted to be heard but I didn’t want to be scrutinized. I talked myself out of creating this blog repeatedly until I discovered that there was a woman waiting for me to step out of my comfort zone and share my truths so that she could do the same. If you’re reading this, you are not here by accident. I created this platform for you. To remind you that you don’t have to embark this self-discovery journey alone.

As I become the woman I’m destined to be, I hope that you will join me. Together we WILL make a difference in the world.

Hi, I’m Alicia! I empower women to prioritize their mental health and wellness through workshops, retreats, and coaching. I love helping women choose themselves first, love themselves better, and achieve their personal and professional goals.

I am passionate about teaching women how to practice self-care and tell their stories unapologetically. I'm also passionate about creating safe spaces for women to feel seen, safe, and celebrated.

I created Empower Her Story because I truly believe that when one woman tells her story, it empowers another woman to tell hers.

My goal with this platform is to encourage women to speak more, to write more and to be heard.
