Do You Have A Morning Routine?
Happy June! Who’s ready for new results? I know I am! I love the beginning of the month because it gives me a new opportunity to thrive. I’m looking forward to resetting, refocusing, and realigning. This month one of my goals is to master my morning routine. My morning routine has been chopped and screwed ever since Covid began last year and now I’m ready to rebuild it.
A few reasons I would like to master my morning routine is to:
Increase my productivity
Be more intentional with my time
Develop healthy habits
Reduce stress
Boost my energy
As a full-time working mother and fiancée, I must have a system in place that allows me to be efficient, so beginning Monday 6/7/21, I will be mastering my morning routine again. Here are a few habits I plan to implement in my morning routine:
Wake up at 5:30a
Review daily to do list
Drink a bottle of water
Listen to a motivational video/podcast
Drink tea
Exercise
Journal
Read
Meditate
